Kristen is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Table Read Co., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting emerging musical theatre writers, performers, and creative teams through collaboration, development, and community. Through workshops, readings, and live productions, The Table Read Co. creates meaningful opportunities for new voices to bring original stories to life while fostering a space where artists can connect, experiment, and grow.

Cosmo Girls
Kristen is currently part of the inaugural cast of Cosmo Girls, the hottest new girl group in New York City created by Erica Bridge and Bryan Blaskie. The group is developing an electrifying live entertainment experience featuring powerhouse vocals, choreography, and a lot of star power.
New Works Night at 54 Below
As the founder of The Table Read Co., Kristen Brock is producing New Works Night at 54 Below, a showcase featuring five original musicals and the next generation of musical theatre voices. Alongside producing, she also featured in one of the works, highlighting her commitment to creating opportunities both on and off the stage.
World Premiere of Brooklyn’s Bridge
Kristen performed in the World Premiere of the musical Brooklyn's Bridge this spring at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, directed by Ray Roderick and music directed by Joseph Baker, the writers of this beautiful piece.
Previous to this production, she had the opportunity of workshopping this musical at Montclair State University and was part of the industry reading at Ripley-Grier Studios in 2022.
Drew Gasparini’s I Could Use a Drink
In January 2024, Kristen made her producing debut at 54 Below in Drew Gasparini’s I Could Use a Drink In Concert.

Kristen recently worked as a Principal Production Vocalist for Norwegian Cruise Lines. She performed on the Norwegian Gem and the Regent Mariner.
She was honored to play Anne in the closing cast on NCL of Swing! The Broadway Musical.
